While an online store can be an expensive way to expand your retail business, platforms like Ebay, Amazon or Zalando seem to be an easy way to enter the market. As always this has it’s price: The customer data belongs to the platform.
The question is: Does „making business using online technologie“ always equal „launch an online store“ or „connect to a retail platform“? Is their another way for small retail business? And do I need to build a community for my business?
